Free Access & Advertisements

The Baja Music & Radio mobile app offers free access to its content with non-intrusive, placement-specific advertisements. Ads may appear in the following areas for free users:

• Feed (Home/Recommendations)
• Search Results
• Tag-Based Pages (e.g., genre, language, singer)
• 'More' section to listen to suggested audio files

These ads help us keep the core features of Baja free for all users. You can enjoy an ad-free experience by subscribing to one of our premium plans.

Subscription Plans (Ad-Free Experience)

By subscribing to Baja Music & Radio, users unlock a premium listening experience that is completely ad-free across all app pages, including:

• Feed
• Search results
• Tag-specific pages
• 'More' section
• Artist, album, or playlist views

Subscriptions are billed via the Baja app as recurring charges (monthly or annual, as chosen during purchase). Payment is handled by the respective platform and subject to their policies.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Baja app settings:

Go to Subscriptions in Baja App settings → Cancel Subscription

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your access to ad-free features will continue until your subscription expires.

❗️ We do not process mid-cycle cancellations or pro-rata refunds for partially used periods.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any subscription charges already billed, except where required by law or the policies of your app store. As per standard app store policy, all purchases are considered final once processed.

Accidental Purchases & Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us giving us as much detail as possible. Baja Music & Radio does not have direct access to your payment methods and cannot modify or cancel subscriptions without your intervention.
